I love how you can set the humidity. We use the warmer option, so that the room does not get cold at night from the mist. Most importantly, it shuts off automatically once it reaches the humidity set, and will turn on automatically when the humidity drops. Lastly, you can set a timer off, so that it will shut off in the morning. Energy saver as well as healthier, peaceful nights' sleep! In fact, we are going to purchase another one! "
